Our AI advisor uses your birth chart, journal entries, and conversation history to provide personalized guidance. This data is processed to generate responses, retrieve relevant memories, and keep your experience consistent. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used by Astrelle to train AI models.

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your personal data—including birth information, journal entries, and conversations—is never used to train AI models. Our AI uses your data only to generate personalized responses, retrieve relevant memories, and provide the product features you request.
Who can see my conversations with the AI advisor?
Your conversations are private and encrypted. They are only accessible to you and our systems that generate responses. Our team does not read your personal conversations unless you specifically share them with us for support purposes.
What AI technology does Astrelle use?
Our advisor currently uses OpenAI API models as the primary language model provider, with support for Anthropic Claude where configured. We also use Pinecone to store private embeddings so the advisor can recall relevant journal entries and conversations without sending your full history every time. API model providers do not train on your data under their standard API terms.
How long are my conversations stored?
Your conversation history is stored securely for as long as you maintain your account. You can delete individual conversations or your entire history at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
Is my birth data shared with anyone?
Your birth data is used to calculate your astrological chart and provide personalized readings. It is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be processed by our infrastructure and model providers only as needed to deliver Astrelle features.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. You have full control over your data. You can export your journal entries, readings, and chart data at any time. You can also request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@astrelle.app.
